As you'd expect from a company that handles sensitive data from many Blue Chip organisations we take security, reliability and performance of our systems very seriously, and hence we not only own and manage our own servers, but we also make the best use of the AWS / Amazon Cloud. For our customers this means that not only do you know that your valuable business data is in good hands, but you also know that the systems we provide for you perform well and will always be available.
Our live and disaster standby web hosting infrastructures are geographically separated. We also make best use of Amazon AWS Zones and Regions to ensure we maximise the chances of end customers getting the best and most relaible service possible.
Our own banks of servers are located in 2 geographically diverse state of the art data centres in Manchester and Maidenhead.
Whilst our applications have an enviable record of performance and uptime, this is no small part due to the specification and configuration of the our own servers. Every server has Raid 5 configured 15k RPM disks, and dual power supplies. This mean not only that the servers are reliable, but also data access and updates are extremely fast.
We are in a constant investment cycle to make sure our servers, software and infrastructure stay ahead of the game in terms of security, reliability, performance and the services that we can offer our customers.

2 Factor Authentication
We take security very seriously, and as such access to both our own hosting infrastrucures and our AWS Cloud based infrastructure is protected by at least 2 Factor Authentication Systems provided by independent authentication specialists using the market leading RSA SecurID token system.
PCI Compliant
Our whole infrastructure is regularly and automatically scanned to help ensure our compliance to PCI standards and beyond.
Penetration tested
Our hosting servers also undergo regular penetration testing by ECSC to ensure we meet and in most cases exceed all security requirements to maximise our chances of keeping all of clients data and web sites secure.
Data Protection
Of course having a secure infrastructure is not enough in itself to protect your data. We take the protection of data extremely seriously, and as such everything we do with data is done purely on a need to know and need to keep basis.

Server Monitoring - 24 x 7 x 365
All of our servers are automatically checked between every 5 and 15 minutes to make sure they are performing as they should. In the unlikely event that any irregularities are detected our support staff are immediately informed by both SMS and email.
