Features of the Locker Control System
The system can automatically:
- Prepare remote lockers for cleaning on a preset regular or irregular schedule. Securely notify cleaning personnel by SMS or email that the Lockers are ready to clean and supply them with a unique one time use cleaning pin
- Detect when the Lockers have been cleaned and refilled with fresh parcels by the courier ready for collection by their new owners. Notify the parcel owners by SMS or email that their parcels are ready to collect
- Control the number of orders that can be placed for collection at each Locker Location based on preset defaults.
Locker Control System - Web based Management Interface
Some of the features of the Locker Control System Web based Management Interface are as follows:
- Detects and shows the current status of all Locker Systems at all times
- Allows manual override of automated Locker System functionality
- Allows the setting and controlling of the number of Orders that can be placed / booked in for collection at any collection station via the B2B Webshop software SaaS
- Can maintain the maximum number of orders that can be placed against any Locker Location for any Location Time Period
- Can amend the Locker Cleaner / Courier Mobile Phone and or email address
- Can generate a new opening pin for any Locker at any time
- Can generate new opening pins for ALL Lockers at a Locker Location at any time
